Anthony Donohue

Anthony has more than 20 years of technical & leadership experience in the US Military and most recently held positions as a CFO and a COO of a $55-million-dollar eCommerce conglomerate. Donahue has a medical science degree from Harvard Medical School and a diploma in diplomatic studies from the University of Oxford.

He was previously the Chief Business Strategy Innovation Officer at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where he spearheaded product development for the BIO One-on-One Partnering™ platform and led the BIO Business Solutions cost savings program, with $620MM in annual sales.
Megan Nacar

As a first-generation Filipino American with over a decade of commercial experience, she is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the life sciences. Megan has championed DEI efforts through organizations such as Women in Bio, the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and DeciBio's Women in Consulting group. Megan is the Vice President of Commercial at DeciBio, a precision medicine strategy consulting and venture firm. She is committed to driving innovation in life sciences, with a focus on precision medicine, by amplifying underrepresented voices in the industry.
